Adopted, biracial, and fearless with an eating disorder, Tiffany struggled with being Tiffany. It was in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous where she learned how to love herself and those around her.

    Quotes
“It was insanity, it took me 10 years to get back to the rooms.”

“This time was different, this time I listened . . . I knew that I had to have AA.”

    “AA, point-blank, saved my life."

    Jun 27 2024

Not until after earning his PhD and in his 30’s did Bill begin drinking obsessively. After a year of white-knuckling his sobriety, he rewarded himself with drinking and earned a DUI – and that brought him to the program and to today, with 14 years of sobriety.

    Quotes
“I didn’t fit the stereotype that I had of what an “alcoholic” was.”

“For me, the easier, softer way is through the program of Alcoholics Anonymous.”

“I was physically addicted to alcohol for sure, but more importantly, I was absolutely positively mentally committed to it.”

    Jun 20 2024

After her first time drinking, Kaycie found herself in an alcohol diversion program, but could not wait to drink again. After years of pain and the gift of desperation, Kaycie became willing to do what it takes to get and maintain sobriety.

    Quotes
“I didn’t realize that alcohol was the root of the problem.”

“I wanted a better life for myself and I realized that I can do that through Alcoholics Anonymous because I saw how it worked for other people.”

“Today I can honestly say that I love myself, I love my life, more than that, I love Alcoholics Anonymous.”
