  • A part of me wants to learn more about polarizations, but another part kind of can't be bothered... (lol). Welcome to our polarizations episode! Here's a little insight into working with polarized parts; why they show up, what it might sound like, and how you can start to name them. Listen along as Natalie role plays a client with lots of parts coming up to hear how Grace starts to map and separate two parts that are polarized. We plan to do another episode that will do a deeper dive on really helping and softening polarized parts, but for now you get the mini version and we hope it peaks your interest! Polarizations are so common and can be a game changer to notice in helping with decision making and clarity.
