  • In this podcast, Mike's guest is Kevin Doolan who shares his career trajectory from being a senior partner with important, firmwide responsibilities and how that morphed into his encore career. We talk about how this became possible and the steps Kevin needed to take to make it a reality instead of just being a notion, a faint idea or a dream.

    A little more about Kevin. He has over 25 years of experience in professional services which he is now using to good effect in his encore. He is Visiting Faculty at Harvard Law School where he teaches on their Executive Education Program and also teaches for the University of Miami and the IE Law School - Madrid.

    He has a particular interest in the pricing of professional services, business development skills for partners, and in cross-generational working practices. In addition to his teaching, Kevin is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences and has authored a number of books and case studies.
