    SportsKhelo brings the story of Iron lady, Arunima Sinha, "World's 1st Indian female amputee to have climbed Mount Everest"

    Post an unfortunate incidence, she had serious leg and pelvic injuries, to save her life doctors amputated her left leg. She lost the leg but not her heart, she decided to live life with dignity and great self -respect so that people don't look at her with pity.

    To climb Mt. Everest you need is legs but what Arunima possesses is a rock solid determination which can overcome any challenge. Eight years back she conquered Mt. Everest on May 21, 2013, it was result of her never give up attitude. She is an inspiration to everyone who are physically fit or disabled or handicapped and wish to achieve their goals, as she did...  She has not stopped after this... Her mission to complete all the Seven Summits and be the 1st Indian female amputee to do so...

    Lee was born on 21 October 1982, During his early childhood, he liked to play basketball. However, his mother discouraged him from playing the game due to the scorching heat outdoor…

    Influenced by his father, he began to learn badminton at the age of eleven. Every day after school, he would train under a local coach. He was later discovered by Malaysian former leading badminton player, Misbun Sidek and drafted into the national squad at 17.

    Lee spent total of 348 weeks as World No. 1 Men’s Singles Shuttler, no other player is near to him, even Lin Dan to whom he lost the Gold Medal twice in Olympics, is at 211 Weeks… Others are not even half way mark….

    Amazingly he was 23 Yrs + when he first became World no 1 and he was 34+ Years when he last held World No 1

    Although he never gained a gold position in the Olympics Tournament, he never stopped his hard work and dedication which lead him to gain many prestigious positions and respect in the history of Badminton. He came out to be player worthy of a title “one who never gave up”.
