Halloween celebrates fear, with people dressing up as scary and sometimes demonic characters and for little ones, Halloween can be a scary time. 3- God hates witchcraft: Deuteronomy 18:14 For those nations, which you shall dispossess, listen to those who practice witchcraft and to diviners, but as for you, the Lord your God has not allowed you to do so. ENOUGH SAID 8- PURIM - Some people suggest Halloween is related to PURIM.  A Jewish holiday, Purim is 14 Adar - February (Late winter/early spring) Purim according to the book of Esther is a day of fasting and gladness.
