With a lower Latino population in Ohio, ELLA recognizes the importance of representation, and aims to uplift other women of color to trust that these positions are well within their grasp. Aside from her Executive Director position at ELLA, Lillian also works as an HR Director, entrepreneur, mother of 5, and organizes monthly meet-ups for craft lovers like herself.
