One of the biggest lessons I've learned recently is that when I use fewer words, I show up in more meaningful ways. Why? Because I started with listening. 

Discover how dropping your agenda and the need to prove yourself may be the means to connecting in the ways you've been craving most-both personally and in the workplace. 

You may have been blessed with an incredible father. Or you might have had to navigate life without a father, or with an emotionally absent father.

In any of these instances, there is something we can not avoid: the lack of or presence of a father leaves a tremendous impact on our lives. 

In this episode, I'm exploring the ache our world is facing as so many young people try to face this world without a father to guide them. And yet there is still hope. God is a Father who always has time for you and whom you can never disappoint. 

You may take pride in being exactly whatever everyone else needs - or wants. But when you're more concerned with being acceptable to others-especially at home or in the workplace, you make it impossible for anyone to really love, care, and appreciate you.

When you intentionally put yourself in a place to receive grace, love, and forgiveness, you have the freedom to let others in. It's vulnerable, but it's not scary.
