  • This week on the podcast the guys discuss the evolution of the leg lock game in modern jiu jitsu.  They offer some insight on the value of training legs locks, and also at what point in your Jiu Jitsu journey you should begin incorporating them into your game.   As usual many topics are touched and stories shared.
