    On this episode Leigh Joy takes us through her journey and the multiple traumas she's gone through from a very young age which led to her developing addictions to try find a way to cope and feel better. When she hit her rock bottom, Leigh made a decision to break free from everything that was weighing her down, holding her back and pulling her into dark spaces. She realised that she needed to feel through the pain as this was where the truth that would set her free was, in the pain.
