  • Hello, my name is Joseph Martinez. This podcast will go into how we can handle the day-to-day struggles of being alive with mental health issues and what we can do to help navigate those issues together. I am a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps infantry, spending three years in Security Forces and two years in a Victor Unit. This podcast is for those who need a space to be vulnerable and themselves. The goal is to show you that we all have struggles in life, but we keep pushing through and that is what this podcast is all about. Tune in every Saturday for new episodes with a vareity of topics, guests, and comedy.
