    Sunney is a community-focused Event Specialist with experience in sales, fundraising, and production. She moved to Kelowna in 2017 to complete a Diploma in Events and Promotions Management and has been growing her career and life here ever since.


    In addition to completing contracts throughout the Okanagan Sunney consistently delivers results in unique destinations such as Dubai. Whether it be leading a volunteer team, generating sponsorship relationships, calling the show, or designing the floorplans, she always shows up with a positive attitude and time for a glass of wine at the end of the day with the amazing teams it takes to pull off high-level events.

    Karen has over 25 years' experience in the financial industry and holds her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. She has been recognized by IG as a strong leader and has worked as both a Division Director and Regional Director. In 2019, she stepped down to join her daughter, Kayla, in running their financial practice. In the same year Karen won Kelowna's Top 40 over 40. Karen is also a dedicated and active philanthropist. In 2021, she was recognized by IG for her community service with the Herb Caregie award. She is currently serving on the board of Kelowna Seniors Outreach Society.


    Kayla is an industry advocate, has a bachelor's degree in Finance and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. She was named the youngest CFP professional in IG across Canada at the time of reception. Kayla is a huge supporter of title protection for Financial Advisors, and she is the Advocacy director for Advocis locally. She also is an active Rotarian in Lake Country. She was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 and Philanthropist of the Year 2019. In 2020 she was named Kelowna's Top 40 under 40.
