    Our guest: Gabrielle Bailey

Gabrielle Bailey, once a successful teaching executive, reflects on the culmination of stresses and

expectations that caused her to leave her beloved profession some twenty years ago. She embarked

on a search for meaning to the midlife questions of Why am I here? What’s my purpose? Who am I?

She skillfully helps others to develop more self-awareness, come to a place of acceptance, and be

empowered to take responsibility for their own lives. From “Never Good Enough” to “Practically

Perfect in Every Way”, you’ll find her here, still evolving and growing.

    Our guest:

I’m here to talk about Carer Burnout and practices to put in place to manage YOU (your own universe).

I have a background in health nursing for QLD Health for over a decade. I have Cert IV in Life and Business Coaching. Qualifications in Breath Work and EFT.

I’m a mum of two teens, I work full time and I am the carer of a person with a neurodegenerative disease. I know burnout well. I have spent the best part of the last five years researching self soothing techniques, anxiety relief and found that a mindful creative practice is the grounding that I need.

I share videos, stories and am building a toolkit to share that will assist other carers to bring some creativity and YOU time back.
