  • 36: How Liberatory Leadership Can Transform Healthcare Hierarchies with Dr Annmarie Caño
    Sep 13 2023

Although a hierarchical framework serves specific purposes, it can also oppress individuals from being their authentic selves and leveraging their uniqueness to enhance their organization. So, how can we create an environment that promotes greater inclusivity and empowerment in healthcare?

    Aug 23 2023

Do you consider yourself a workaholic? Do you reach for a drink on Friday nights to "turn off" from the week? If you had asked Dr. Pepper what her drug of choice was, she would have told you it was her work. But, as it turns out, alcohol was too. This episode sheds light on the challenges many individuals face in their pursuit of success and highlights the paradox of the normalization of alcohol consumption in the medical community.

This practice is available to all adults over 18, especially those struggling with eating disorders.

    • Explore the problem with perfectionism and how this contributes to gray-area drinking and escapist behaviors
    • Understand why rest can feel so uncomfortable for workaholics
    • Learn how we can support ourselves when transitioning into sobriety and start overcoming unhealthy behaviors.
