  • Hi everyone, welcome back to the pod! I am happy you are here with me and taking the time to listen to what I have to chat about, very thankful to whoever you are. In today's episode, I share an event that has impacted my "why" on the topic of this topic. Realistically life is not that short, life is pretty long. Life is what you make of it and what you choose to do with it. I am always thinking go, go, go what is next? I never really take the time to just be present with the now. Which is good, but also can take you away from the beauty that life gives you. Anyways, I hope this episode can give you some sense of where I am coming from and to slow down and follow your gut not what others think you should do.
