I have realized … again… that I need these positive & powerful reminders every single stinking day!! They are little nudges in the right direction that I need to choose to make a part of my everyday input. Ben Newman (@ContinuedFight), check out Ben’s website HERE. INTENTIONAL FOCUS 🎯 Don't allow YOUR feelings to dictate how YOU show up. #STANDARDoverFEELINGS” Now, this is one of many things that I will be CHOOSING to take in today to help me have a better day. I need to stack these days + add a little action behind these ideas and inspirations… so that I can have better tomorrows. Too often I let my feelings dictate my day. I know they are part of my day - every single day, since I’m human - but I need to be still accomplishing things, even when I don’t “feel like” doing something. Tools for the toolbelt my friends.
