The returns of Linus Ullmark and Jake DeBrusk to Boston will highlight the Bruins schedule in November this season.

The Bruins will host Ullmark and the Ottawa Senators and Jake DeBrusk - along with Danton Heinen and Derek Forbort - and the Vancouver Canucks that month. Jeremy Swayman will be playing against his best friend for the first, while Nikita Zadorov and Elias Londholm will be facing off against their former mates after having played the Calgary Flames earlier in the month.

Let's be honest - the Boston Bruins had a fairly soft schedule to begin last season, and, to their credit, they took full advantage of it with a fantastic record in the opening month.

That won't be the case in 2024-25, though, and the Bruins will need to bring new players up to speed - especially Joonas Korpisalo - to come out with a winning record.

The Boston Bruins are betting on Fabian Lysell and/or Georgi Merkulov to add some scoring depth, but probably still need to hedge those bets with external options. One name off that list Daniel Sprong, who signed a very team friendly $975,000 deal with the Vancouver Canucks over the weekend.
