Welcome to the first episode of Loose Suits - the podcast series to help you level up your work life!

The series kicks off with Janie as the first captain, meaning she’s in the driving seat with her fellow passengers, Heather and Stephanie.

However, the ladies draw parallels to the business and working world so it’s not completely football focussed. They also discuss workplace culture, the importance of inclusivity and how to do it well and discuss the question of whether it’s lonely at the top and how to make it less so.

This week’s Work Confession is a good one if you need to learn ways of setting boundaries, asserting yourself and doing it in style.
