    Did you every hear the term HANGRY.
    That is someone who is angry because he is hungry.
    This stay only happens from modern food like candy, chips, soft drinks, and energy bars for example.
    With this, figuratively pre-digested food, the sugar is already in the form the body needs to put in the cell for energy, but it is not how we are designed.
    We are designed to eat something and our body take the food apart and slowly it enters the body and with it comes the hormone insulin to help put the energy into the cells.
    The fast speed of blood sugar rise followed by a fast insulin response is causing issues in many functions in your body, but especially in the brain.
    Avoid being out of control emotionally, because of what you eat. Here you can get some tips on how and why.
    Staying joyful is so much easier if you are not HANGRY.
