    This week, Amie has spiritual master, and Owner of "Rafi Lounge", Rafi Anteby! Rafi started in the Israeli Army fighting for his country where he rose to rank of Lieutenant. Shorter after completing his duties he immediately began his spiritual journey, by studying under his Grand Master Chan Hong Chung and Master Cheng Yee Keung in Hong Kong for 10 hours a day of Kung Fu & Tai Chi and other ancient modalities. After realizing what he can do with his creativity and business mindset, Rafi created Rafi Lounge in Malibu. A mainly open air deck wellness/workspace lounge overseeing the Pacific Ocean. A mixture of many cultures, Rafi cultivated Rafi Lounge to have a Tulum/Bali vibe, hold esteemed and established members, all while being a venue for entrepreneurs, celebrities, fitness & wellness gurus, digital nomads, artists, and many other individuals who come from all walks of life.

Her self-help memoir, "Breaking The Circuit: How to Rewire Your Mind for Hope, Resilience and Joy in the Face of Trauma", is set to release on June 10th. The book is a raw and honest depiction of Samantha’s life, which has had its fair share of trauma, loss and heartbreak. After more than a decade in recovery, she decided to reimagine the 12 steps so they become modern, trauma-informed and universally applicable to addicts and non-addicts alike. She hopes to elevate the fitness and wellness space with an authentic combination of expertise, vulnerability and lived sober experience.
