Relatable, Accessible, Intelligent and Irreverent

I know it may be strange for a woman to review a men's mental health podcast. As women, however, we often try to be the healers of men who haven't taken the time to fully understand themselves and aren't comfortable with their emotions. The problem is, we aren't men. We can't fully empathize with men. It is refreshing to hear two men who are comfortable with their emotions and who have shaken hands with their demons, talk about mental health. I recommend this to any man who would like a little guidance from men who understand a bit about the process of healing. I recommend it to any woman who wants to understand the men in her life a little better.
