Welcome back to our podcast, Are They Trash? where we discuss the often-complicated world of relationships. This week's topic is Main Chick, Side Ting!

To start with, we'll define what Main Chick Side Ting is. It is a situation where a man has a committed partner, known as the main chick, and an additional person on the side, known as the side chick/side ting. It is a toxic situation for all involved, as it involves deception and a lack of honesty. This doesn't mean to say it's only men that do this, but then we would refer to this as a main guy, side ting dynamic.

So, how can you recognize if you are in a situation like this? There are a few signs to look out for, take a listen to our podcast to find out what they are.
