Yooo wassup family!!! The MAS crew is back with another episode! In this episode we talked about how the overall quality & taste of most foods is just not the same as it use to be. Lil Debbie to be specific. We also talked about goin to the ice cream truck right after school or the neighborhood candy lady in the summer to get a cupsicle. Time is forever evolving so you gotta evolve with it.

Later in the episode we discussed our opinions on how it feels to be black & live in this world. Don’t get us misconstrued, we love being black & wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world!Black is beautiful! But being black in this world is like playing the game of madden on All Madden (the hardest level). Living while black is a lot harder compared to other races. We also tied into this discussion any individual personal lessons we feel that God is tryna teach us. Like Sana said sometimes we think we’ve grown in a certain area until God test us in a totally different way. This is a powerful topic cause sometimes we get to a point to where it feels like we can’t catch a break, & we have no one to call on but God. What you gone do you gone throw in the towel or you gone pray & continue to stand on business? That’s the test of faith. When life is on all Madden are you gonna lean towards God?

In Ep. 8 one of our host (Martaviuss) couldn't be in studio with us as he was on dad duties watching his beautiful daughter, Miracle, but they were able to FaceTime us & so we had a special guest with us and it made for a very special episode! We discussed how challenging it can be sometimes to not match someone's energy, especially when you feel they have disrespected you! Understanding that balance between not letting someone disrespect you or get underneath your skin, and not letting their energy absorb onto you! You also wanna let that person know how they made you feel so they can hopefully understand it and make a change so they don't make someone else feel that way. We also touched on how working on yourself is an everyday thing and how if you don't tune in with self and tune in with God on a daily basis, how easily it can be to be distracted. There are a lot of good hearted people in the world but there is also a lot of evil spirits lurking this world as well and sometimes these spirits become attached to good ppl. So if your not locking in with self and God daily, these spirits can start to take over your mind and control the way you think, causing you to lose sight of who you really are and have you become something your not. One of the main topics we talked about on this episode was the importance of spreading love and positive energy, especially in the black Community. We are big advocates here on MAS of spreading luv and positivity, that's one of the main reasons Tonio founded and started MAS. To show ppl it's ok to give others credit and flowers and praise. It's so easy to spread hate and negativity when your mental is ill and when all you see is negative things around you. We all 3 as host vibrate high which is one of the reasons we're able to mesh together well. It took a lot of individual work for all of us to get to this point and there is still more work to do (back to our earlier point of working on yourself is an everyday thing). But anyone can reach that level it's just about changing your mentality. With us discussing the topic of spreading luv, host Tonio decided to do something different this episode as far as closing and go around the room and list off at least one trait, attribute, or skill that we admire in each other individually that we already have or we hope to develop. This honestly was our favorite part of this episode because it gave us the chance to see just a little bit about what we think about each other as well as boost each others confidence up. The thing we love about this exercise so much is that it spreads Luv & positivity!!

Yoooo wassup y’all we wishing all of our supporters well!! We don’t call y’all fans here on MAS, we address y’all as family because you all are! We back with another episode 6️⃣. On this episode we sat down with Toby “Da Docta” Bostic, to first & foremost give him his flowers & recognition he deserves for being a talented barber & using the skills God blessed him with to give back to the community & the young kids growing up. Toby shared with us his journey of how he got into cutting hair, starting by working independently then transition to a friends shop, before finally getting a shop of his own.

Not only is Toby skilled with a pair of clippers but he also has knowledge about the stock market & investing. Sharing with us his experiences with trading stocks & investing & how it has been beneficial for him. He also gives a lot of game about how to get involved in the stock market for anyone with interest in joining that field.

Later in the episode, Toby opens up about being a family man, stepping up being a step dad, buying a beautiful home & giving high praises to his wife. Of course the talent, but being a family man & stepping up to the plate as a step father & great husband, is something us here on MAS want to truly thank him for! As well as proudly promoting that & showing the younger generations that it’s ok to settle down with one person & start a family, truly build a legacy!!! With Toby being a big fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide Football team it was only right we closed the episode by asking him a few questions about the team & what he thinks about the roster.
