Some of her successes have included: Making Illinois History as a Cook County Commissioner, becoming a successful business owner, teaching as a college professor, performing as a storyteller and producing a television show , receiving ministerial ordination and authoring a book.

In this video, Sista' Joy shows us practical steps and tips she has proven in her own life. In addition to her personal knowledge of how to develop self confidence, she also shares wisdom from the number one best-selling book, Think and Grow Rich, A Black Choice. Written by Dr. Denis Kimbro and Napoleon Hill, this book contains a Success Plan for Black America.
