Now here are the deets for this week's episode:

This week I had the pleasure of chatting with Mickelle Sleyster.

She is a digital nomad, and full-time content creator in the solo-travel space who has traveled to over 34 countries and counting and who is currently based in Valencia, Spain.

As you can guess, we get into solo travel and the importance of building self-confidence to mitigate some of the loneliness and other potential downsides or challenges to the solo nomadic lifestyle.

We talk about Intuitive travel, which Mickelle defines as recognizing what your body is telling you and actually paying attention and listening to your gut instincts and getting quiet enough so that you can really hear how your intuition is trying to guide you, as well as mindset hacking or questioning and even challenging your beliefs and gaining a deeper understanding of why you think the way you do and which of your beliefs may not actually be true and could be limiting your potential.

We discuss Spain’s Digital Nomad Visa and all the perks of Mickelle’s homebase setup in Valencia, Spain, solo-road-tripping around New Zealand, and Mickelle’s expert advice for a Spain and Protugal trip- YES, I selfishly asked for her tips for my own travel plans and she absolutely delivered, so if you’ve ever thought about traveling to either or both of those places, you’re at the right place.
