Marguerite

De: Andrew J. Day
  • Resumen

  • It is the afternoon of November 22nd, 1963 and Mrs. Marguerite Claverie Oswald has a hunch that her son has just shot President John F. Kennedy. Who does she call?

    A newspaper.

And she demands a ride from her home in Fort Worth to Dallas City Hall, where her son is being held.

A young journalist called 'Bob' takes the call before commandeering a brand new Cadillac de Ville with auto-correspondent, 'Bill' at the wheel. His mission is simple: get to the shooter for the scoop of a lifetime.

'Marguerite' is a dramatic reimagining of that journey, and is inspired by a true story.

Adapted, spoken and created for Podcast by Andrew J. Day.
Based on an original script written by Andrew J. Day and Daniel R. Douglass.
