Mark and Molly discuss the interaction with a young father, Tay, who drove his pregnant partner to the clinic. While he did not go in and stop the abortion from happening, he did stop and have a lengthy conversation with Molly and Mark. This interaction gives us a little insight into this generation, and may give you a glimpse at what Created Equal does, every day.

According to the latest tally, there could be up to 12 states facing a constitutional amendment on November’s ballot expanding abortion beyond viability killing babies that are five, six, seven months gestation, and even up to birth. According to current polling, if the election were held today, we could lose each of these battles.

My guest today is Dr. Michael New, who wrote, “Most of these polls have shown that these abortion ballot questions are leading by substantial margins. In particular, there have recent been polls from Florida, Arizona, Missouri, and South Dakota.”

These state battles are not simply local but collectively represent a national referendum on abortion. If we lose all of these in November, the prospects for bringing legal protection to the unborn could be lost for a generation. These defeats could represent a fatal political blow to our movement and the babies.

This is why I am calling on all pro-life Americans and anti-abortion organizations to commit ALL their resources from now until Election Day to defeat these amendments. The good news is that Created Equal is active in these states and can help you get in the fight in the fight.

Every pro-life leader, organization, or individual must focus all their effort on defeating these diabolical pro-abortion constitutional amendments. Our loss will be a loss for preborn children. We simply cannot allow this to happen.

The Justice Department filed a federal lawsuit on Monday against two organizations and seven individuals for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. Last week, nine pro-life advocates were sentenced for violating FACE and “conspiracy against civil rights.”

Monica Miller, one of the named defendants in the newest lawsuit will be my guest to discuss what this means for her, and the pro-life movement at large.

Regardless of where you stand on the efficacy of this tactic, these individuals are political prisoners.

The actions by the Biden Administration are a reminder and urgent warning to the pro-life movement. If President Biden controls the DOJ for the next 4 years rescuers will not just be subject to lawfare but virtually every anti-abortion group and leader will face the fury of the federal government.

It is hard to stress how important the elections are in November.

In 2020, ten anti-abortion advocates peacefully blocked the entrance to a late-term surgical abortion facility in Washington, DC to keep mothers from killing their preborn babies. Now nine of them have been charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) act and “conspiracy against civil rights.” They could face up to eleven years in prison.

Earlier today, John Hinshaw (middle, age 69), was sentenced to 21 months in prison and Lauren Handy (on the far right), was sentenced to over four years.

Although reasonable pro-life individuals may disagree with the tactics used by this group, one thing is clear: no one should be sent to prison for trying to peacefully save vulnerable preborn babies.

But don’t miss the irony here: nine pro-life activists (five of whom are over 60 years old) face up to eleven years in prison for “conspiracy against civil rights.” Yet those who make a living off cutting up little preborn babies for profit get off scot-free.
