Congratulations on making it to the mid year mark of 2024!

The year’s just zooomed by hasn't it?

    4. What is an original original system or habit that I set up this year that has continued to work out for me?
    5. What is something that I'm currently struggling with and currently working on getting better at?
    6. What is 1 word to theme the rest of your 2024?

  • EP #22 - Currently feeling demotivated, lost, and confused? Listen to this.
    Jun 16 2024

Today I’m revisiting a vulnerable episode I did with the lovely Ishani Nigam about overcoming my limiting beliefs and outgrowing my need for external validations to achieve true fulfillment in my career.

Growing up in an immigrant family, I was taught that academic success and stability were the keys to happiness. However, I realized that achieving external goals didn’t bring me fulfillment.

So if you’re currently at a crossroads, feeling really confused about where you are in life, not really knowing what you’re doing, seeing your friends achieving while you feel like you’re not, and feeling like you’re falling further and further behind in life, then this episode is for you.

I share my journey on how I pivoted from commerce to construction, and it really wasn’t an easy journey. I wanted this to be a reminder that life is not supposed to be linear, but there are definitely some critical things you can do to help make life less fluctuating.

A little bit about Ishani Nigam: she is the podcast host and founder of My First Step Ever, a podcast for disruptors across the globe. The first step is always the hardest, and Ishani shares the unheard and unseen journeys of how her guests took their first steps to inspire others. If you want to connect with her, her details are in the show notes. She is an incredible person doing incredible things in her community.
