  • Matt Thomann was a college basketball player at Millikin University in Decatur, IL. He later became a high school biology teacher, coach and adminsitrator at Deer Creek - Mackinaw High School near Peoria, IL. Matt now lives in Nashville, TN where he has started a business called "Mental Mettle Coaching". Matt works with high school and college athletes to help them with their mental approach to athletic performances. He will also share his personal health experiences that helped shape his philosophy and approach in working with athletes.
