  • With industry guests we will pick apart some of the topics we find challenging and might need a little help with. Some positive thoughts to take us to that great place we dream of, peace, satisfaction and tranquillity. I’ve had a bit of a bonkers life, and I feel its time to share (some) of it. I’ll share some stories and experiences which I hope you enjoy but also might help you improve yourself and face challenges on the way to success and happiness. I was in leadership roles across business and professional sport and the over riding observation was the lack of provision, support and true commitment to wellbeing, not just social media posts for PR, I mean actual sincere action. I think I can help someone, just be prepared for a bit of a laugh along the way because that’s what keeps me going. Anthony McCool
