    ------------------------------------------

    "Something Big" by Cleo Wade

    I stopped searching

    for things

    things I thought

    should belong to me

    I started sitting

    in gratitude

    for what surrounded me

    the falling leaves, the flowers

    the break in the sidewalk

the endless sky, moody and magnificent

    these forces of nature,

remind me I am one too

with relief, I release the small stuff

    very little belongs to me

    and I belong

    to something big.
