I denne samtalen snakker jeg med Tom Henning Øvrebø om mental helse og uhelse i idretten, kognitiv terapi, og mentale utfordringer knyttet til skader og rehabilitering. Tom Henning er psykolog og tar en doktorgrad om mental helse i toppidrett ved Norges Idrettshøgskole. Han har også vært fotballdommer på internasjonalt nivå.
