She actively supports diversity and inclusion initiatives at Walmart, serving as Vice-Chair on an Employee Resource Group, and is a board member for the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter. Devayani is deeply involved in her Northwest Arkansas community through various volunteer efforts.
