    Lisa first sought help after struggling with long COVID symptoms for nearly a year, which affected her confidence and daily life. Her body also naturally released around 10 kilograms as her metabolism stabilized.

    Later, Lisa faced further health challenges, including a diagnosis of early-stage hormone-related breast cancer and osteopenia. With an updated plan and continued practitioner support, she focused on nourishing her body and rebuilding her health.

    Follow-up testing showed significant improvements in her bone density, with her specialist describing the results as the best she had seen.

    Now at 63, Lisa continues to follow Metabolic Balance as her everyday way of eating, supporting her energy, resilience, and long-term health.
