    Everybody has their own story of how and why they came here to the west of Ireland, and this week we hear the story of Luqman Mohammed.


    Luqman is the Imam at the local Mosque in Ballyhaunis, and comes from Sudan.


    He has been living in Ireland for the best part of three years now, having first comes to study.


    Luqman tells us about his time at the University of Limerick, the war in his home country, the daily life of a Muslim and the duties of an Imam.


    The Language Café runs every second Sunday just after 6:00pm, and will return on July 14, running again on July 28 and so on.
