  • This is the first episode of The Mindful Mindset. In this episode, I just give a small summary of what the podcast will cover. I try to give my best opinions on what mindfulness and mindset mean to me. To include some sense of value to you as a listener, I also share some daily habits that help me in daily mental clarity.

    If you don't know me, hopefully, you don't get scared by this. I studied Sports Management but took a completely different route and fell in to. I just realised that I can pursue my dreams and my passion. Hopefully, my stories can benefit you in your life.
