    I've spent the summer tuning into my inner voice, my intuition has to lead me to stillness and movement but mostly investigation. Of everything! Being '' spirit-led '' or following my intuition has never felt so hard, mainly because we have never been exposed to so much information. The pandemic has set the scene for fear-based thinking and staying open isn't always easy.  In this episode, I explore what intuition is, how I follow mine, and the stories and circumstances that I know intuition has influenced. The two books I mention in the Podcast are ; The more beautiful world that our hearts know is possible by Charles Eisenstein Intuition: The Highest Rung Of the Ladder of Consciousness - Osho And there is a book that I did not mention but listened to while writing this, it was:  Intuition and The Mystical Life by Caroline Myss and Clarissa Pinkola NB - Given these divisive and sensitive times, I would live to make it explicitly clear that this episode is about the exploration of intuition in the age of fear. It can be applied to many subjects but feels relevant now.  Learn more about your ad choices.
