P.S. The Doors to my new 9-week summer mini-series is now open!

Join Teresa for 9 weeks of mini-sessions that will fan your curiosity and eliminate obvious Enneagram issues that often lead to confusion and mistyping.    When we study the Enneagram with consideration for both type (1-9) and dominant instinct (if you do not know what this is - this series is perfect for you), we end up with subtypes.  Armed with specific and nuanced descriptors for these subtypes clears up a lot of Enneagram confusion and frustration!  At the conclusion of this series, expect to have a grasp of all 27 subtypes, which is the first step in gaining specific suggestions via type for personal growth!

Class begins on June 23rd and I'd love for you to join me!

  • What's it like to be an Eight when Putin invades your homeland?
    May 2 2022

Welcome to episode one of the More Than Your Number podcast. This podcast is focused on using the enneagram as it was intended, as a map for personal growth.

In this episode I am joined by Yelena Szatmary.  She inspired me to start this podcast because of her experiences as a Ukrainian woman moving out of Ukraine while on a visit from California. She had to make some very tough decisions and how her enneagram type impacted her decisions and also gave her awareness of what was going on with her during that incredibly stressful time.

We discuss what it’s like to be Ukrainian and what it’s like to have to make the choices she did with her son and husband back in California, through the lens of the enneagram.

Yelena was born and raised in Ukraine. She came to the United States 27 years ago. She lived in Ann Arbor, MI for 15 years raising her son and working for a data company. Yelena moved to California to continue her career in the tech industry as a product manager.

Her free time is dedicated to hiking the Californian trails with her friends and family. Yelena prefers challenges so the higher the climb and the harder the trail the better for her. But she also helps other women to get outdoors and start exploring nature in California. In this case Yelena carefully chooses the trails that would make people want to come back.

The recent war in Ukraine changed the lives of Ukrainians everywhere. Yelena became a volunteer for NovaUkraine.org and helping her homeland to survive, to win and then rebuild.
