    The carpet conundrum in Chris' Tracker is fixed, only to be eclipsed by a rodent infestation. Our good friend Kilowatt Kevin gets the Endura nose on his 68 GTO aligned by "the old school master", Steve, at Celebrity Chase Collision, then helps Ray re-install the gas tank in the 70 442 at the shop. The transmission mount for that car proves to be a problem when the parts house sends the wrong one, stalling forward progress. Ray uses a Hybrid truck to run some shop errands and becomes a convert, who would've ever believed that... check our social media feed to see the pictures. Ray dives right into his recent experiments with the ultrasonic cleaner to de-carbon some of his guns as well as its use in carburetor rebuilding work.     Ray & Chris reminisce back 12 years to their 10th show anniversary party that was held at a junkyard (where else?). Good friends and listeners Debbie & Rusty came down with a vintage racing go-kart, and this week Ray attended a celebration of Rusty's life where he was shot from a cannon and 4 rockets! Chris posits that car guys are a superstitious bunch, then admits that he's better at sewing than welding. A dealership software hack & Mazda belts round out the show.

    Chris ruminated over his paint-soaked Tracker carpet issue & Ray mused over Fiat's selection of clutch cable adjusting hardware. Then, joined by Lake Speed Jr. the show got wings and took off into the unchartered territories of oil technology. Terms like zinc, calcium, phosphorous and viscosity were tossed around like projectiles at a beer pong party. Lake covered all the hard topics and passed on some excellent recommendations we can all use.
