  • The inaugural episode of The Teacher's Lounge features the one and only, Jeff Randolph. He was an easy pick for me. As mentioned in the episode's intro, he was my AP Psychology teacher my junior year of high school. What makes Mr. Randolph stick out among his colleagues to me is his authentic dedication and respect for student engagement in his classroom. The ability to take what is asked by a student and make it valuable to the class course as well as very entertaining is what allows his psychology classes to gain great scores on the AP exam each and every year. In our short interview we discussed his interest in broadcast journalism out of high school and how his college education instead provided the roots of a career in teaching.
