In this day and age, it's been very hard to show up for ourselves and appreciate ourselves a little more, and that's why I started thinking about how we treat our souls, which are precious.

    We, our souls deserve more love, more appreciation and we need to value ourselves. We need to stop loose ourselves to this life, to this dunya.
