  • When the pandemic started, it was such a strange time. I couldn’t imagine what was about to happen and the fear of change hit me so hard – it sent my anxiety through the roof.

    I had no idea how I was going to get through this. For a lot of people, it was an opportunity to understand their own mental health. We had to learn to really communicate, to rely, and support each other.
