NZ Cross Country Champs goes off in Taupō

  • Resumen

  • The New Zealand Cross Country Champs are arguably the toughest distance foot race in the country and this year did not disappoint. Bluebird weather, epic course and an all-time dramatic Senior Women's race. Then we came back for another day on the Sunday for the NZ Cross Country Mixed Relays where Bays came out on top.

We hear from Senior Men's winner Cameron Avery as well as the rest of the men's podium David Lee and Micheal Voss. And catch up with Lisa Cross after her EPIC weekend and her team captain James Kuegler of TTT Runners. Finally, we hear from Athletics NZ Competitions Manager Jason Cameron about the new development with mixed relays and where we are at with the state of domestic events and racing.

Oh and Eliza heaved herself over an insanely high 4.85m bar in Europe. Can't forget that.
