    The area of Mass and Cass in Boston where Massachusetts Avenue and Melnea Cass Boulevard meet is an area ripe with homeless and drug addicts alike that Boston officials have been tackling for years. Mayor Michelle Wu implemented a three-pronged plan to address crime and homelessness in the area last fall, which has only helped to a degree. Last summer, more than 200 people a day were flocking to the area now, there are about 70-80 people. Boston City Councilor Ed Flynn joins us to discuss.

During part of the ceremony, it appears performers attempted to reenact Leonardo DaVinci’s Last Supper, which for Christians, represents Jesus’ last meal with his twelve apostles. The scene that played out during that ceremony sparked widespread criticism from Christians and Conservatives alike.
