    While the debates about leadership and management continue to rage, the truth is that they’re intrinsically linked: they live on a continuum, in a spectrum of subtle gradients.


    You can’t be a great leader unless you’re a good manager. And the converse is also true: you can’t be a great manager unless you’re a good leader.


    It’s complete nonsense to portray leadership and management as inherently good or bad.
