    In Episode 04, Erin interviews Hannah Williams, founder of Salary Transparent Street.

    Hannah graduated from Georgetown University in 2019 and hopped 5 jobs in 2.5 years, taking her salary from $40k to $150k, creatively paying off her college loans in full. In 2021, she quit her job as a Data Analyst to launch Salary Transparent Street, a social media account that simply visits different cities across the U.S. and asks random people on the street what they do for a living and how much they make.     In Episode 03, Erin interviews Jim Keyes, former CEO of 7-11 AND Blockbuster (and pilot, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author!)Jim climbed out of poverty, being the only person in his family to go to college.
