    Stress Reduction and Neural Activity: Engaging in positive affirmations can reduce neural activity in brain regions associated with threat processing and stress reactivity. This leads to lower stress levels and a better ability to cope with challenging situations.     Cognitive Training and Positivity: Research has shown that cognitive training aimed at focusing on positive stimuli can lead to improved cognitive function and overall positivity.
