He's been involved in sports and fitness since he was a child, majored in nutrition and food science, worked at a hospital for three years as a diet technician, has been a personal fitness trainer and group trainer for four years, he is a registered dietitian and now has 13 years of overall experience in fitness and nutrition, and on this episode we dive in on the mix of fad diet, the difference between a nutritionist and a dietitian, and why you would need either one, auto immune disease, and so much more. What goes on in the mind of a preteen? What are they curious about and what can we learn from them?

On this episode of On the Mic with Joe Cee I got the privilege to have my nine year old daughter as my guest. Getting curious with her and being aware of the things she's curious about was a great opportunity. She's witty, silly, smart and hilarious. Its possible grow apart from someone and still want the best for one another not only through words but through actions.
