  •  Last week, we began doing an Operational Walkthrough to give you some pointers on how to put  together and successfully conduct an Operation that advances your Mission.  We’re breaking it down into three main phases:  Objective, Execution, and Debriefing.  We’re devoting a whole episode — at the very least — to these phases, explaining the “why,” and “how” of each of them.  We’ll also consider Risk Assessment at each stage, as well as how to prepare, and and what to do when things go wrong.

     This week, we’re going to begin an Operational Walkthrough to demonstrate how the OPS TEAM takes a preliminary Objective, and turns it into a successfully executed Operation.
