  • On the first episode of "Our Universe is Mental with Jimmy Jacobs" I catch up with embodiment and transformational guide Jonathan MacCaul. Back in 2020, Jonathan guided me to connect with my body more, and through that initiation, I began to understand the connection between our bodies and the trauma we've experienced in our lives that have shaped our patterns of behavior. It's my intention and hope that through sharing this episode, listeners might learn to connect with their bodies in order to become more fully present and live their best lives.
