Join Courtney as she chats to Noel whilst out and about on the farm in south Tipperary.

We hear about life growing up on a sheep and cattle farm on the north island of New Zealand. We find out about her experiences working on farms in Ireland and of how she loves travelling in Europe. We also get a great insight into her fantastic adventure working on a large cattle station in northwest Australia and also what it was like to get a taste of the Australian harvest.

Who exactly are the 'Scallion eaters'?! - join us for a farm visit in the east of the country.

On our latest episode we visit Joe Nolan in County Carlow and chat about everything from converting to an organic system to the joy of working Border Collies.

We discuss how Joe has left the world of finance behind in order to return to full time farming and we also meet his beloved pedigree Charollais sheep, the 'Kilconnor Flock'. During this episode we also get a glimpse into Joe's love for soccer, especially the 'League of Ireland' and we also delve into his rich family history in the Carlow area.

It was a privilige to walk the farm and chat to Joe on a beautiful Autumn day.

On a Summer's evening on the west coast of Ireland we meet Graham Roberts of, 'The Connemara Smokehouse', www.smokehouse.ie .

Graham is very passionate about what himself and the family produce in their unique business here on the coast of Connemara which focuses on the art of traditionally smoking Atlantic seafood for the last forty or so years.

We chat everything from his family history in the fishing industry, to what they have evolved their business into today. We follow the drying and smoking process right through, aswell as touching on the family's new venture into the on-site coffee business.

I really enjoyed visiting and chatting with Graham and I hope you, the listener enjoy listening.
